3NEW MEMBERS EVENING
6:15 pm – 10:00 pm
Following on from the success of the new members evening in October 2013 the committee has decided to hold a similar event this year on Friday 3rd October 2014, starting at 6.15pm. Provided a sufficient number of members sign up, we will have an American Tournament, which John Williams will organise. If the numbers are not sufficient then John will organise a mix-in. Members should note that this event will replace the usual Friday evening mix-in. All members are invited to take part, but new members are particularly welcome. The evening will be a great opportunity for new members to meet other new members and also more established members. There will be a free buffet from 8.00pm onwards and there will be no charge either for the tournament or for the buffet.
