The men’s 1st Team’s incredible run continues. They won the South Wales Premier 1 title for the 11th consecutive year this summer. Well done to all involved, and a special mention to Corey, Neirin, and Alex for winning their first title with the team.

As the ’24 Summer Team Tennis campaign came to a close, on Friday 26th July we held a barbecue for all members who contributed to our teams in recent months. Thank you all for participating, especially the captains who offer their time and effort to organise their respective teams. Also, congratulations to each team’s ‘Player of the year’!
It was great to see so many members at the club to watch the Wimbledon Men’s Final and participate in an American doubles tournament.
100/100 Wins. 10 Seasons of dominance was rounded off this summer. As the Men’s 1st team completed a feat which had never been achieved in the Men’s South Wales Premier 1’s 97-year history before. This victory broke the previous record of 9 consecutive titles set. With the past record being set by CLTC predecessors between 1947 and 1955.
