The Committee has authorised a major refurbishment of the Clubhouse. The work, which started on 1st February, will take approximately a month to complete and will see the creation of a new foyer, office, storage room and games room together with an extensive upgrading of the changing facilities
Cardiff Lawn Tennis Club has been twinned with French counterpart, DonBosco Tennis Club, Nantes, in what is thought to be the first arrangement of its kind in Wales. Cardiff (Castle) LTC: In another successful year, the club has adopted the slogan ‘Learn, Play, Compete and Enjoy’. Under head coach John Williams the club has increased its British tennis membership by 150, and its coaching workforce from two to five. The club runs an excellent squad system for children of all ages with an emphasis on development for matchplay. …
