We’re incredibly proud to announce that both our Men’s and Ladies’ 1st Teams are the 2025 South Wales Premier 1 Champions – winning the top tier of the South Wales Doubles League!
Men’s Premier 1 Champions – 12 Years Running!
Our Men’s 1st Team’s remarkable run continues, claiming the Premier 1 title for an unbelievable 12th consecutive year this summer. This marks our 55th title overall – a record breaking achievement in the 100 year history of the Men’s South Wales Doubles League.
A Century of South Wales Men’s Doubles League!
2025 marks the 100th edition of the South Wales Doubles League – and we’re proud to be the most successful club in it’s history.
Ladies Premier 1 Champions – 58 Time Winners!
Our Ladies 1st Team also brought home the Premier 1 trophy, securing their 58th league win in what is the 87th year of the Ladies’ competition. Another dominant season from an exceptional team!
Men’s and Ladies Premier 1 titles in the same year – 32 times!
We have now won both the Men’s and Ladies’ Premier 1 titles in the same year 32 times. Only one other club has managed to win both in the same year – New Eaton in 1933 & 1938 – highlighting just how dominant our club has been in South Wales tennis.
Winter League Success – More top Division Titles!
The silverware doesn’t stop in the summer, with our club also winning the top divisions in both the Men’s and Mixed Doubles Winter Leagues. An outstanding achievement that underlines our strength across all formats and throughout the entire year.
60&Over Mixed Doubles – Champions Again!
More success came from our 60&Over Mixed Doubles Team, who won the top division of South Wales for the 6th time this summer. Congratulations to all involved – a true team effort!
Men’s 4th team – Promoted!
A big shoutout to our Men’s 4th Team, who have earned promotion in the winter and summer leagues. A fantastic achievement that shows the depth and talent across all teams.
