Under the sweltering sun on Saturday afternoon 24 brave pairs fiercely contested a new handicap doubles tournament. Matches were played as a tie break to 21 with team handicaps ranging from scratch to + 16 determined by players’ finishing positions in the popular Winter box league.
After 5 rounds the winners were our very own Chairman Paul Davies who was partnering his wife Kim. Jon Hillard and Jon Rifflart were runners up.
